Fees and Billing Schedule
Our fee structure is based on the retained search firm industry-standard of one-third of the hired individual’s first year guaranteed gross compensation. Expenses related to conducting the search are billed additionally and at actual cost.
To commence the search, we submit an invoice for one-third of the estimated fee. Progress bills follow and reflect the work completed. The final invoice will be issued when a start date has been established for the selected candidate.
